Adrian has more than 40 years of mining industry experience, ranging from project identification through exploration, development and financing, as well as oversight of integrated mining and processing facilities. He is currently non-executive chairman of ASX-listed Charger Metals NL, an Australian hard-rock lithium explorer (ASX: CHR), a non-executive director of Reedy Lagoon Corporation Ltd (ASX: RLC) and founding director of the New York-listed Battery Future Acquisition Corporation (NYSE: BFAC).
Adrian founded and until recently was managing director of Lithium Australia Ltd (ASX: LIT, which is focused on the downstream production of lithium-ion battery components and recycling of battery/e-waste. Previously, he was a founding director of Northern Minerals Ltd, the first heavy-rare-earths producer outside China. Adrian has particular expertise in mineral exploration and processing techniques, particularly in the lithium, nickel and rare-earth sectors.

An experienced corporate lawyer, Richard has extensive board and operational expertise in the resources and energy sectors. Principal of Cardinals Lawyers and Consultants, a boutique corporate, energy and resources law firm, he is also non-executive chairman of ASX-listed Galan Lithium Ltd (ASX: GLN), executive chairman of ASX-listed Toro Energy Ltd (ASX: TOE) and executive vice-president, Australia of TSX-listed Mega Uranium Ltd (TSX: MGA).
Further, he is chairman of the Health Insurance Fund of Australia Ltd and of ASX-listed Redstone Resources Ltd (ASX: RDS) and Central Iron Ore Ltd (TSX-V: CIO), as well as a non-executive director of Brookside Energy Ltd (ASX: BRK). Earlier in his career, Richard worked at the Minera Alumbrera copper and gold mine in Catamarca Province, north-west Argentina.

Robert, a qualified accountant, boasts significant executive experience across a range of industries. His expertise encompasses a deep knowledge of financial, supply-chain and capital allocation management. Further, he is an expert in the development and oversight of complex frameworks for the identification, assessment and assurance of risk, while his focus on financial discipline and the delivery of attractive returns to shareholders is detailed and systematic.
Robert understands the complexities of multi-national firms operating in a number of reporting and regulatory frameworks, be that across Europe, the Americas, Asia or the African continent. Having worked in a range of industries, he offers insightful perspectives on what impacts consumers and their communities, as well as policy formation.

A non-resident Indian, Captain SP Singh (aka ‘SP’) was a flight lieutenant in that country’s military before switching to civil aviation. in 1994, he acted as chief coordinator for the $20 million, Australian government-funded Orissa airborne geophysical survey project, which became the blueprint for India’s current mining law.
With experience in the minerals sector, power, renewables, urea and manufacturing. SP has been assisting foreign companies to investigate and implement business opportunities in India and also Indian corporations in their outbound investment proposals for the past 30 years, during which time he has proven adept at working within the Indian system and resolving local issues.
